Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends, holidays, etc.). You will receive an email notification that your order was shipped.

Same day shipping is possible for Credit Card and PayPal customers if payment is received early enough in the day and depends on our volume for that day, if you are having a clay emergency :o please let us know, we will do everything in our power to get your order out ASAP.

There are three methods you can use to order from our store:

• Online

  • Our Store has a Shopping Cart System in place to make your shopping experience quick and easy. Simply click on the Add Item buttons adjacent to the products you wish to purchase, clicking on most items will produce additional information about the product. While shopping click on a View Cart button (located on the navigationa bar near the top of the store pages) to see your total at anytime. When you are finished shopping click on the Checkout button at the upper right of the screen, carefully review your order and make any necessary changes. Once you have finished editing and reviewing your order, select a shipping and payment method from the list boxes on the checkout page.

    In Checkout you will be asked to enter information necessary for us to ship your order to you, please fill out the required fields. Once you have filled out your billing and shipping information complete your payment method requirements, please see the Payment Options section below.

• Email

  • We are happy to accept your order via email, simply type in a list of the items or item codes that you want with quantity indicated and we will do the rest!
    Please do not send credit card information to us via email.

• Telephone

  • Call us with your order, our number is: (866)-255-3018, International callers: (253) 639-2295, or email us your telephone number and we will call you at a time of your choosing.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS First-Class Mail for items that weigh less than 13 oz total (including packaging) and Priority Mail for items that weigh more than 13 oz. In checkout there is a list box of choices for shipping based on your order, select the method you would prefer. Delivery times have averaged 3-4 days for First Class Mail and 2 days for Priority Mail. We make every effort to reduce shipping costs to our customers and are happy to provide shipping quotes in advance of orders, please contact us with your anticipated order and we will respond as soon as possible.

Below is a general guide for shipping and handling charges based on polymer clay blocks. Tools can be bulky and may change packaging requirements and may have an impact on total shipping costs. Smaller items like blades and such do not have a large impact on packaging requirements and can almost always be squeezed in.

For our US customers, USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes and Boxes have proven to be an expeditious and reliable method of shipment, most Priority Mail destinations will receive their packages with in two days after shipment. If you prefer another courier (UPS, DHL, or other) please contact us, there may be additional charges and fees.

We ship to all legal international destinations from the US via USPS First-Class Mail International, Priority Mail International Flate Rate Envelopes and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Boxes (where this service is available).

Priority Mail International Flate Rate Envelopes cost $10.70 ($8.85 Canada) and have a 4 pound maximum total weight, total weight is packaging and product.

The Priority Mail International Flate Rate Box can have a total weight of 20 pounds and cost is $29.95 ($21.85 Canada).

We are happy to consider using any customer preferred courier, please contact us with specifics.

We stand behind the products that we sell and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s) we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) less shipping, handling, insurance or other fees relating to the transaction.

We will accept product returns, with in 30 days of purchase, for unopened packages only, please contact us if you feel you should be exempt from this. All returns must be pre-authorized by The Clay Station via email or telephone in advance of return. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the returning party. Refunds will not be processed until receipt, inspection and acceptance of the returned product(s).

The information you supply will be used to provide you online registration capability for Internet-based services, and to provide those services. Please be aware that this service is voluntary, but that requested information is required to provide the service. We do not disclose your personal information to anyone, except in accordance with the Privacy Act.
